- These are the terms and conditions governing the supply of vehicles ordered through our website.
- Please read these terms carefully before submitting your special order to us.
- USING OUR WEBSITE TO ORDER A VEHICLE
- You can use our website to select, configure (if applicable), and place an order for a vehicle.
- When ordering a vehicle through the website, you will only be able to pay the order fee via the provided payment portal.
- Online orders cannot be used for direct export of vehicles outside the State of Qatar. Orders are exclusively for citizens and residents of Qatar. Orders placed from outside the country will not be accepted.
- Only the individual named in the order has rights under this contract. No other person shall have any rights to enforce its terms.
- We do not accept vehicle orders from individuals without a valid Qatar ID or those under the age of 18.
- Al Waha for Cars will inform you when your vehicle arrives. Once the payment and registration process is completed, it will be available for collection from our Delivery Centre.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
- The website will provide pricing details for the vehicle you select. If you choose optional features, their cost will be added to the vehicle price.
- Payment must be made directly by the individual registering the car. Payments from third parties will be automatically rejected, resulting in order cancellation. If you do not have a credit card, contact us via email to arrange a bank transfer.
- The remaining vehicle balance may be paid via bank transfer or a financing arrangement. Cash payments are limited to a maximum of QAR 49,000 per purchase.
- Sales procedures will begin only after cleared funds are reflected in our bank account.
- Full payment must be made within five (5) working days of receiving an email notification that your vehicle has arrived.
- If using a financing arrangement, you must comply with all applicable pre-collection terms outlined in the finance agreement.
- HOW WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We collect personal information for the execution of this contract. Such information will not be shared with third parties and will be securely stored for ten (10) years from the vehicle collection date.

- References to “writing” or “written” in these terms include emails.
- OUR VEHICLES
- While we strive to display vehicle sizes, colors, accessories, and trim accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will reflect the actual size or color of the vehicles.
- ORDER PROCESS AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU AND FINANCE AGREEMENTS
- We will provide order details and required documentation via email. Complete these as instructed to avoid processing delays.
- Your special order submission will be acknowledged via email, including your unique special order number.
- If you enter a financing arrangement, it will be governed by a separate agreement with your chosen finance provider.
- If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you and you will not be charged.
- Vehicle prices include delivery to our Mawater Delivery Centre. Home or workplace delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to terms. Requests must be submitted in writing through the “Contact Us” section of our website, quoting your unique order number.
- MAKING CHANGES TO VEHICLES
- We may modify vehicles to comply with regulatory requirements or make minor technical improvements (e.g., addressing safety concerns). These changes will not affect the vehicle’s usability.
- Once a special order request is submitted, the selected specifications are confirmed and cannot be modified or changed.
- ORDER FEE AND DEPOSIT
- The online special order fee varies based on vehicle/model. Al Waha reserves the right to set or adjust the fee at its sole discretion.
- A non-refundable deposit is required through the payment portal. The deposit will automatically expire after 48 hours if cleared funds are not received.
- If a special order expires, you may submit a new request under the same terms. Multiple expired requests may result in rejection if deemed as system misuse.
- You may reserve only one vehicle under your name through the portal. Additional vehicles must be requested directly at Voyah retail showrooms.
- PROVIDING THE VEHICLE
- Suggested vehicle arrival dates are estimates and do not guarantee handover dates. Arrival dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will take all reasonable steps to minimize delays but are not liable for any claims related to delays.
- We will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time. Bring your Qatar ID for identification. If you authorize another person to collect your vehicle, a non-objection letter must be provided.
- If you fail to collect your vehicle as arranged, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Storage fees of QAR 50 per day may apply. If we cannot reach you, we may terminate the contract.
- Certain information is required to complete your vehicle supply. If you fail to provide it in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delivery delays.
- DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery may be delayed if:- Technical problems require resolution.
- Regulatory changes necessitate vehicle updates.
- Changes are made to the vehicle at your request or as required by us.
- OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may terminate the contract at any time in writing if:- You fail to make a required payment within five (5) days of the due date after a reminder.
- YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
- Your rights to terminate the contract depend on whether the vehicle is defective or if we have acted improperly. Each case will be reviewed individually.
- DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE
- If your special-order vehicle arrives with minor cosmetic damage, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- Since special-order vehicles are assigned to you, no replacement will be offered. You may choose to:
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- Have the vehicle repaired by our after sales team and accept the repaired vehicle.
- Accept compensation equal to the repair costs.
- OUR GOODWILL GUARANTEE
- Vehicles come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. Full details are available on our website.
- The manufacturer’s guarantee is an additional benefit and does not affect your legal rights regarding defective or misrepresented vehicles.
